Today I have been mostly doing tiny things like this tiny thing.

emilyidagallant asked:  Hello, hello and hello again, I love your pretty pictures, it’s just like dreaming with my eyes allowed to open, I must ask, where do they come from and where do they go?

I am not entirely sure where they go.  I prefer it when someone takes them away and licks them clean or eats them.  Less worrisome that way.  If they hang around and we happen to make eye contact then usually I start a tiny fire in the garden.  Better to be empty and in need of filling, I think.  It tends to provoke and coax.

Anonymous asked:  You have a lovely blog. I’m not entirely sure why I am so drawn to it but your drawings and words make all my problems seem to fly away as if they were attached to a balloon that someone let go.

Yes yes.  I did let a balloon free in the world recently.  I live in a house with some other people, and one of them had a birthday. When I felt able to get up I discovered an empty house, except for several fat balloons, all pink and red swoll.  I collected the fattest, and we stepped outside.  Balloons leave you much quicker than you might imagine.  Upwards mostly, but then all sideways and away.  It didn’t come back, and I am yet to see one sent up in response by some other strange soul, but I recommend doing it.
